This cake was for my daughter’s teacher’s husband. Whew, that was a lot of ‘s-es. We will call him Mr. C. Mr C was promoted to CFO of his company so a celebration was in order. The cake was vanilla with chocolate buttercream. Covered in fondant and decorated with edible images and ombré fondant dots. Mr. C’s first name is Kevin so his family printed out pictures of Kevin from The Office and took it all to a fancy restaurant by the beach. I love it.
