This is the 2nd or third cake I’ve made with the ombré fondant ruffles. A few weeks before this (four, approximately), I made this exact cake. When I called the person who it was for to tell them it ready, she said, “What cake is this?” umm… Apparently, it was for March, not Feb. So luckily, I got the date right on this one. Cake was chocolate with Oreo filling.
