My mom turned 70 this year and they came in town to celebrate. We had a yummy dinner at Nick’s and cake and presents. My mom loves diet coke. I made her a diet coke can cake a few years ago, but that never gets old, right? The cake is six 6″ cakes stacked on top of each other. In hind sight, I should have done three and three because the cake started to settle and sink a little (you can see the dowel poking through the top).
Cake was chocolate with vanilla buttercream.
