This cake was for the girls’ lacrosse team at our local high school. Their coach didn’t pass the background check (??!!), so my friend stepped in as coach since her daughter is on the team. This cake was for their end of the year banquet. The cake was red velvet with cream cheese and browned butter with chocolate buttercream.
