For sweet Chloe, who turned 5. This cake is all rainbow. Rainbow dots and bow outside, rainbow cake dots inside (google polka dot cake to see). I used a cake pop pan provided by the birthday girl’s mom to put rainbow cake balls inside. Hopefully, there were dots when they cut into it. The cake was chocolate with chocolate filling. Cake is covered and decorated in fondant.
